I’m back!

As you may have guessed from the lack of updates, the online dating hasn’t gone well, and I have decided it is definitely not the way forward.

With some spare time on my hands, I have recently been making some major home improvements in order to make better use of my living space and this has allowed me to upgrade my fish tank to something a little larger.

So, I will be starting a new weekly blog of me trying to create a paludarium.

This is something I have never done before and will likely involve me messing things up repeatedly, but eventually I hope to have something that resembles the picture above.

So if this interests you in any way stay tuned for more updates.

I will be back, as soon as the new one arrives later this week.

Then how are you writing…

This is works PC but as you can imagine I can get into trouble for using it for non work related tasks, But I hope I’ll be OK just to send this.

Don’t forget to keep those Dating ideas coming whilst I am away.

Here’s Baldy

Well my dads birthday went really well, he loved his present.

I had a wink and an email today, neither of these have replied to my emails yet.

Kevin and Perry are settling in together nicely.

That’s about all the updates so until next time…

What do you mean I cant leave it there, this is a dating blog and I haven’t been on any dates yet so there’s nothing else to talk about.

Ok, Ok I’ll give you some more dating tips, never happy are you.

First impressions:

Compliment your date with something like, wow what wonderful eyes you have or what wonderful ears you have and my favorite what wonderful teeth you have.

Second impressions:

Get your date something nice, if you are in a public establishment get them a drink and some cheese and onion crisps, this never fails.
If you’re at a cinema, the chilli nachos is a sure winner not that popcorn rubbish. The cinema is also a great option if you lack some commutative skills.

Discuss your mutual interests:

Talk about the things you like doing, if you don’t give your date time to respond this lets them feel more relaxed, as you are doing all the hard work.
Again If you are at the cinema you cant discus much as thankfully you only have a few minutes of trailers before the film starts.

Relax more during your date:

Make sure to supply your date with plenty of drink, this will greatly relax them further as it will allow them a break every now and again when they need to visit the WC, and if the drink is alcoholic well everyone knows about the extra courage it gives people.
At the cinema however, don’t supply your date with drinks, instead put your arm around them making sure to hold their shoulder, this will greatly comfort them.

End of date:

Don’t let your date leave alone, instead insist you take them home, don’t take no for an answer, this is their way of testing your sincerity, and shows that you care greatly about their safety.

When you arrive at their home make sure you accidentally collect something of theirs. Do this when you go in for the good night Kiss, this will guarantee you your second date. Later you can say you found an item of theirs and can give it to them on your next date.

There you go, some fantastic tips, make sure you let me know how they work out for you in the comments.

Blogging Break

Good morning / afternoon / evening dependent on where you are on this lovely planet, I have been very busy today sorting out things round the house, and emailing owners of dating profiles so this blog is only a short one.

sv2ka

It seems I have come to the end of the dating  profiles in my fifty mile radius, so it’s not looking good folks.
I really don’t know what these women are after, obviously not charm, romance, trustworthiness, reliability or caring to name a few things.

sv2mh

I will keep the sites open as I have another five months of subscription to get through so maybe someone will say hello to me.

Today is my dads birthday, so there will be no blog from me tonight as I just wont have time, however the blog will resume after, hopefully with better news.

Well I will now have to put plan C into action, as to what this plan is I have no idea yet, obviously if any of you lovely followers have a plan then please add it to the comments, and I will see if we can come up with some community dating challenges section.

Calm before the storm

There has been no emails, likes or even views of my profile today, and I was sure the pictures of the owls would have done something even if it was only to look at the birds.

I do have a backup plan should this quiet period last too long, and that is a picture of Perry, no one can resist his adorable little face.
I can’t post a picture of Perry here just yet as I don’t have one, and poor Perry needs to settle in to his new home before I start using him as a dating bait.

Perry is the name of my second pet guinea pig, not a nickname for the thing you’re thinking of.
I got him today to keep my other guinea pig Kevin company, knowing myself what it’s like to be in a house all by yourself, day after day, week after week, year after… you get the picture.

I’m hoping this spell of silence is just the calm, before the storm of dating emails come flooding my way.

I say I haven’t been getting any interaction but actually I have, unfortunately the unwanted kind.
One or more of the free dating sites must have given out my dating email address, as apparently there are lots of bad girls wanting to hook up with me tonight.
These are definitely not the kind of dates I’m looking for.

Time for another dating tip.
If your going to sign up to a few unknown dating sites, make sure you setup another email account for this purpose.
Personally I have created an outlook alias so when this is all done I can just close it down.

Well I hope to have some better dating news shortly, otherwise I’m going to run out of things to write about, but bear with me followers something has to happen soon!
